Why Fineberg so quite today?
because cracked rib.

 

I had a great time last night, last race was awesome.

My ribs are killing me, like I got tackled by a 350 lb. line man. Whatever, I can take it cause thats how I roll. The rib protector and neck brace worked great for me, minor soreness in back shoulders and sides, but being hit by another cart in shoulder and front part of my ribs did me in, shoulder is fine. Fluke incident, kind of like Chau LOL! Really wish there was film or pictures of that, I passed by saying WTF?!?

Fair is fair, RR triumphed over Autocross sort of, the top 4 were pretty darn close in time, not exactly dominating.. If you took off 50 lbs. of weight to make me even with chu's I would have beat all your times . Were talking .004 second, 50 lbs prolly would make a difference with that increment of time.

We need to do it again soon, that was great.

Thinking some more on this RR vs Autox both autoxer's were between 35-65 lbs heavier than rest of field. Not making my usual excuses

All I know is I am so close to being Evo ready for track days, it soon shall be on on the track. Simmonz and I will do next weekend event that does not interfere with Autox, I may hit the Mon-Tues next month, just want to get this damn car inspected and drive it a few days to make sure I am god to go. Too many problems with this car recently to trust it is good to go. We are down to a P0125 code hopefully there is a solution soon..

To be fair, all the RR guys on top also autox, so credit to autox also.
I actually think weight is not a big disadvantage because it improve traction

It is pretty amazing that we were all within thousandths of a second of each other in the last session. Jeff and Keith, who both had never raced there before, were neck and neck with all us old heads. That is quite an accomplishment in my book.

That course has more time we can take out. That last run I'm sure everyone was at least a little tired. I know I was sloppy and my time was nearly as good as I've ever seen it. Same goes for all you karting kings.

I predict there will be a lot o 27s next event. Fastkidd should be worried.
