Wanna control gas prices? Remove it from the commoditized market and let it be controlled entirely by the govt. Too much is inflated by market speculation leading to the overinflated costs by the barrel.

I wasn't talking about in the Borough either, although there are some very nice homes in D-town if you like older homes. I was speaking of the area, and school district.


How do I register for T-SM? I don't see it listed in MSR...

 

Dtown burrough is crappy. There are some nice historic houses there but its overall pretty trashy. Exton, Chester springs and areas now called dtown is nice. If you look just a few miles west in my area, housing prices are significantly less and there are plenty of new construction in the area. My property value is only going to go up as people start to sprawl out here.

you bishes don't know nutin about the ancient chinese secret of relocating oil cooler and power steering cooler. i just did a butt dyno and gained about 50 whp and 55 ft/lbs on 87 octane by just relocating oil cooler. and steering is so much more responsive now because power steering fluid is much cooler. i drop my lap time around the block my almost 2 seconds because the steering is so much quicker. come at meh cous!
