I do not understand why this was not done a RT the first time. I explained that we already leak tested car and issues we found when I went there, how could they let me leave after the 2nd time of being there without performing these tests when I went back with same problem.

To be clear I do not blame the water pump issue on RT, that is a new problem that just reared it head last weekend. The antifreeze spitting issue was fixed on the 3rd visit, slight tear in heater core hose. So they fixed that issue, which was one of my original problems the 3rd visit. Also the 4th visit was today when I was told they need the car for the day and can't look at it until June 9th.

Jesus I am annoyed, drinking some Pinot Noir wine cause thats all I got in house! Wife is going to be pissed when I kill the whole bottle!
so if they charged you for leak down test, and the issue wasn't fixed, then what did they charge you for. did they say what work they did on it. or they just charge you for taking up garage space.

They claim it was leak tested to 20 lbs. I said that I personally leak tested the car 3 times, once with Mark and could not get close to 20 lbs. The valve cover would pressurize to the point it was coming out oil cap or where I fixed leak with some sealant hissing like crazy. I ghetto fixed valve cover but bottom line the valve cover should not be pressurized my leak fix has nothing to do with that.
After I pointed out I leak tested it, showed mechanic how I did test and was told I did it correctly no answers.

Marc has nothing to do with it, shop owner can make it right.

Whatever, I am moving on. Car is going back to where I usually go, hopefully it can be diagnosed prior with a compression test. If no answer meaning not rings then we will move to leakdown test to see if its valve seals. I am just replacing water pump, has to be why car is all of a sudden overheating. The mechanic at RT said that upper and lower Radiator hose had same pressure and were hot, so thermostat is good which seems logical to me. I think I replaced thermostat 2 years ago, so less than a 1000 miles on it.

I had polite words with shop dude not owner on exactly that subject. I was charged for the boost leak test, told car was good, tested it myself and it was not good. Went back 3 more times and I have solved nothing but a leaky heater core hose.

Leaves me dissatisfied and looking like a POSER on PCD thread. Poser is the farthest thing from my reality, my ish talking is backed up (in this case eventually). I will be at the Glenn end of month -is that when you gays are going? I need link to send to Shoe, Team winning is vcoming to dominate. How does sharing a car work with run groups and getting seat time? Are we losing half our time? Shoe is more novice than me, but I need to get signed off. How long does that take? Should only take me one session, I drive the lines son!

^ if you share car, then you have to sign up in two separate run group. if shoe is more novice, then he can run in novice or inter, and you can run inter or advance, but not solo. they will have solo instructor that will sign you off if you want to go solo. if you haven't been at the glen ever, i'd recommend keeping the instructor all day.

the glen event that we're all signed up for is in september 22-23.

Great, I only want to be signed off if I earned it. If there is novice and intermediate we are good and will have staggered run times. I know you fools will steer us right, then I will be able to show you all about slow in fast out. Never get on the gas until your sure you don't have to lift. You's Feeling me????????????????????!!!!!

Wait until you see Shoe's video of event (I will be helping with shots). I have hi def video camera (old sony but it works if there is alot of light) and 2 Contour HD's. I also have trackmaster on my Nexus with an external GPS. Laptimes for proof son

Can't do the 9th, car is too much a variable to chance that. Not sure if Shoe is down with the NJMP, but we will be at Glenn. I am down with NJMP and shaking car out with new aero, maybe Shoe is too. I have no suspension adjustments, just Aero on rear wing, far as I know no adjustment on splitter but the designer can clarify. The car is similar to the car on Ohlins, ok sort of, but its stiff. I think Aero done correctly will really improve car. I will run the RA1's at NJMP and then get me some used Hoosier R compounds for Glenn. Figure I will run my NTO3's on track with spacers.

I am buzzing on the wine, but I am friqqin pumped.

By the way if anyone wants a Team Winning custom Splitter they are $450 in gloss black, $475 in Matte Black. We will be selling them after the domination, place your orders...

I know how you feel, I just got back from picking up my car after 4 weeks at CBRD, dropping 4k on it between wavetrac, clutch, Shep work, other parts and labor. After all said and done the ACD pump took a **** yesterday when they were getting my race alignment done, on top of that during my pressure test my car had leaking injector orings, throttlebody seals, intercooler couplers. The exhaust manifold, turbo inlet, and o2 gaskets needed to be replaced too. Not to mention various missing bolts, clips and snapped off bolts around the transmission and shifter.

CBRD didn't do this, rather the previous owner was a retard, and treated it like a Honda and work it like one I suppose.

Good thing, it's back, feeling great and I'm going to be rebuilding and bleeding my ACD pump myself on Saturday. Anyone need theirs done down the road buy the rebuild kit from ACD-Tuning,.. I have tools/tester, and bring me a pizza & special 4 pack of Dogfish 120.

Don't rule out that you don't need another HG, regardless of miles on it, especially after the overheats. Radiator hose should be hot(top) and luke warm(bottom).. upgrade radiator?, make sure you really got all air pockets out of coolant system.. it took me 4 days straight in the MINI's system. Thermostats can go bad every year if you're that unlucky could be the case if your car was sitting 2 years and only 1000miles?

If WP had 40+k on it should of been done at the same time of TB and HG.. just to have peace of mind.
