Let me know how much you're looking for them.

Dan, glad you finally nailed it down. don't just do the suspension 'because'... stock suspension is very capable. take that car to one of the dozen or so AX's we have this year and see how everything handles. I think you'll find upgrading the suspension is one of the last things you spend money on (seat time).
Doug, if you get a chance to measure the size of your springs, I have a set of Hypercoil 12k springs at home. 8 inch length, 2.5 I.D. Marc is right on with the sway bar lift the rear, but you are on the stock right? More droop travel maybe?

I also agree with Marc's comment Dan. Drive your car at the track and plan your suspension mods from there. My car wasn't stock when I started autox'ing, but I worked to improve from what I had.

I agree with Marc Dan, I'm on stock MR suspension and I leave plenty out there as far as time/speed go. I don't plan on changing mine anytime soon. Plus, my new driveway is steep as *****, I'd probably scrape if I did.

I'm going to order my StarSpecs right now! woot woot!!!

Peter T, do you run shims on your front pads? I installed my ET500's yesterday and I didn't use any as other people have said they have a better "feel" without them... curious as to your thoughts?

I dont have shims on my f/r ET800s either. I'm getting alittle noise when it gets some heat, but I think the shims would cure it. Gonna check this weekend! Brake performance is outstanding though. I nearly put Chau's face on the windshield on our way to have lunch with Peter T yesterday!

thanks.

it was just an idea i was playing with. spending money on a suspension that i've never challenged i understand would be kinda "poser-ish," i know. once i start autox.....likely this summer i will take it from there.

chu, i "mite" be interested in swapping my 25mm progress for your 27mm. tho i havent really had time to test out the limits of this bar or adjust it bc it was used 2 days before i bought it and my car just sat for 2 month bc of the snow.

Just found out that the atv owner "may" be required to have insurance if on someone elses property, therefore I may be golden in court. i tried to be nice and come to an agreement, he decided to take the friendship for granted and be a d^ck, so now ill go out of my way to F him over.

Dan, maybe its just bc your getting old and you actually moved your jacket? Stop being a baby milkman and get some 18x10.5 rpf1 in +15 matte black and be a balla. someone is selling a set of 5 18x10 rpf1s for like 800 brand new in the vendor section, i thought about stuffing those in my car but you should check em out dude.

petey, stop fighting girls

my last post was directed at Chu, not you pete. This site is taking forever to load on my cpu.

to make it even worse, all this talk about racing, spring rates, bushings & wheels/tires has me totally distracted from doing anything productive.
