I think it is priced fair for a 1 owner almost stock well maintained RS. I think he is more likely to get 18 for it, but you always ask for more than you plan to get.

How many of the 400 IX RS's do you think are left?
And how many of those are WHITE?

Consecration is aged in oak barrels for 6 months iirc. The beer itself takes time to make before they go in the barrels. I'm sure that the bottles and curants aren't cheap either. Buy a bottle if you've never had it. I really only drink it on draft. A 10oz draft is usually about $6, whereas a 12.7oz bottle will typically set you back $12-$14. It's a very good beer if you like sours.

Station TapRoom in D-twon had a couple really good beers on tap when I was there the other night. I enjoyed a SN Celebration and a Port Brewing Mongo IPA. Mongo is good but real strong...

TJ's is fine....or the Drafting Room. Both places I can fill up my growlers so I'll be happy.
