I know you're just passing along the info. Seems like a good deal for someone in the market.

I'm on the fence with the whole 2-piece rotor deal. I understand the benefit with regard to rotating mass, but the thing I can't get past is that when they crack you have to take the old rotor apart and install a new ring... that is assuming you have a spare ring available to use.

With the solid rotors I get for $20 a corner @ rockauto all you do is throw the old one out and install a fresh one. Takes about 8 minutes. Its less work and cheaper. If I were at the track and cracked one of those fancy two piece rotors it would take who knows how long to reinstall a new one, which means lots track time... just sayin'
dude link to rockauto rotors?!
i'll buy them and use my spare rotors as coasters for my 40's when i drink.

My feeling is what are the chances you'd crack a better rotor, if you barely even damage a cheap rotor. 2 piece, no matter what brand, usually have better material, as they are meant for motorsports purposes. Do they still have the potential of cracking, yes or course. It doesn't hurt to keep your 1 piece with you in case they do crack at the track.

it won't let me link directly to this site, but just go to rockauto.com and use these PN's

rear - 12146064 = $23
front - 12146065 = $35

Search the interwebs for 'rock auto discount code' and you'll save an additional 10-20% on your order.

They aren't junk rotors either. I get at least a full weekend of HPDE'ing out of the fronts, sometimes two, so they should be good for a while on the streetz.

What kind of question is that?!

Give me a reasonable offer if you're interested.

You stated what it is retail which really doesn't help give an idea of what you want for it, so I can rephrase to 'what are you looking to get back out of it?'...

$150 would be reasonable for someone to just get rid of the thing, $200 would be reasonable for someone willing to wait a bit before they sell it...

Let me know where you are in that spectrum...

Cheers,

It just sold today.

The use of "mate" and "cheers" put me over the edge given it came from someone who lives in maryland.
