I played on a motion setup and triple 50in screens before. It's a neat idea at first but 15 minutes in and you forget that it's even there. Sort of like 3D movies. Fanatec stuff looks cool but I've read their quality is going to crap lately.

I usually lay off when it comes to the actual race in iRacing. Their safety racing is completely bugged. You get penalized for contact even when you're not at fault. I'll take a 10th place finish with a higher rating over a top finish with lower rating.

I am as of right now. I'm just not going to Lime Rock Fri/Sat like I planned, so my Friday off will be a productive one with family, Saturday I will be at Pocono, Sunday Philly Region. That is the current plan

Somehow that message chopped up but it was for you. I was saying $3k may be a bit too much for a 2 axis sim setup. But so is people having $10k stadium seating theaters or $2000+ pool tables in their house? I'd love to have those too. My uncle has foosball, pool table and a bowling lane in his basement and I think that's a bit rediculous.

Pete, I don't have access to a computer but will post the track walk pics in the PCD section of FB and someone can maybe repost them here. They aren much to write home about. I was trying to capture the camber and elevation changes but pics suck.

your uncle is the man.

you don't need to spend $10k to do stadium seating in a basement. I'm doing that with mine yo!

OH YEAH AND...

SPENT 20K ON BOWLING ALLEY, POOL TABLE, and FOOSBALL TABLE

The point I was making is spending thousands of dollars to have fun under your own roof is kinda pricey. People do it in their own way.

Sorry about the photo with SIII panorama shot, low light with my shaky hands and you get that kinda pic. lol I have a video which is better to see.

just sit in an office chair and have your kids push you around while driving in the game.
It will feel like real life family road trips!
