PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
CCA said they are wait listed for students for the summit event on July 28th, so obviously no one day registrations. FATT is also waitlisted for Shenandoah on July 27th, so the only way you're going to be able to run with them is if you're an 'experienced' driver, no newbs.
They have two instructed group. One, novice a and novice b. One is more experience than other. I think they would be fine in inter group. They have enough experience now with good track awareness. Just need to dial it down first couple shessions to learn the track. I think they can request for instructor in inter group for first couple shession if they are new to the track.
Fatt does not asign student to instructor. They just line up at the grid and instructor pick which car they want to hop in. You don't have to stick with the same car throughout the day. although some student might want to keep the same instructor, so you cant jump in their car.

im not sure how i feel about running two tracks in one day this weekend for DE...ill just figure out one track and then be on another. and i still haven't heard from my instructor.
You'll be aight. whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger, lol. you should have requested meh or Thai to instruct chu. make sure you got enough brakes, pocono is a MANS track and the devils elbow ain't a game!
have a brand new set of pads on the car. crossing my fingers on my brake issues being over, i bedded the pads the other night and got the rotors up to about 400 degrees on my ir gun, and i must say i was able to create the smoothest transfer layer ive personally ever had. on top of that i no longer have a temp difference left to right after a highway cruise...so i think things are looking up.
i wont be pushing on the big track anyway...never had the evo much over 120mph...ill need to ease into it and see how many scary vibrations i get.
they are changing the schedule. I only have one student for Sunday, so maybe I can swap with whoever you have as an instructor for that day if the powers that be allow it.
what pads chu running, still hawks?
don't request me if you don't want to be pushed... this DE ish ain't a game. 120 is the speed we'll be doing on our warmup lap. lol

yeah brand new hawks with the caliper rebuild.
im only there saturday as usual. not saying i dont want to be pushed...i could use to increase my testicular fortitude anyway.
