Troof! Although if we're talking about student spots then I think we're just about filled up. I have a couple people waiting in the wings who are supposed to register for that group this weekend. If that happens then the student group will be filled.

^ you can wreck your only means of transportaion driving on the road, sayin.

HPDE teaches you how to properly handle your car at speed in a safe environment, in other words, it makes you a better driver. as long as you don't go into it thinking its a race or a compeition, then it will be very hard to wreck your car... harder than it would be on the street when you have morons next to you on the phone, drinking their coffee, changing the radio and/or texting.

Well aware of that, but then I have insurance to fall back on. I could also purchase track insurance but all that stuff between entry fee insurance consumables adds up quickly and Im not im a position to drop that much coin right now. Trust me I am dying to get on a real track and it will happen. Just not right now...

He was talking to me, but it could apply to you as well since you'll be running street tire with/against me. He came out last weekend to Warminster and ran regular SM, winning the class. I raw timed him by 1.5sec though.

After my drive home in the rain yesterday and today, I'd say you're much safer lapping with us clowns in the rain or dry than the geniuses on the roads that like to brake when they start hydroplaning.

Oh haha gotcha Forget PAX its all about raw time in my book. The clubs that I run with keep classing simple basically experienced street, experienced race and novice.

I like that Philly has a street tire index though bc being competitive in SM without Hohos is tricky...

You should consider running Cold Tire Domination this November with us. We charter the track once a year. This time it's being done twice.

It's always a great event and there are a couple of New Englanders coming down to join us.
