^ they told me passing rules for TT can't change unless they spend more money on insurance, which is not going to happen cause they never have money.

Don't think they can do open passing, but they can change the other passing rules. What we need to do is have our own club in EMRA, then we can vote on the rules

I believe to form a club in EMRA the buy in is $500. 10 guys $50. Same as season membership, or we take over one of their dying clubs and just pay membership fees. They have nice trophies and tons of track time. Btw a little birdy told me that the instructor rewards will be better this season

^ if their instructor rewards are better, then i might run with them again. i didn't like that you have instruct 3 events to get a free event. i'd rather get 50% discount at the same event that i instruct form. most other clubs offer free for instructors or 80% discount for TT if you instruct. i know emra is non profit and can't afford large discount like that for instructors but i would still rather use my discount on the same day instead of saving up. we tried to convince Tom that and he shot us down.

NJ Region BMWCCA schedule is out. Shenandoah on September 7/8 (Sat & Sun), with 2 days of skidpad training for all drivers. I want skidpad time. Think I will do this event. I'm off that Friday, so I'm highly likely doing it.

sep 7/8 shen would be a fun event, skid pad at summit is well worth it. but that's the same weekend as NARRA at Monticello. so it depends if NARRA will will had DE there and if i'll instruct for them or not.

What's the going rate of the autoshow these days? I don't care for the show, but I'd be willing to do it just to hang out with friends.
