PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
He did use the AR to commit the murders. Police found a saiga 12 gauge in the trunk. I agree on security in schools. I'm also for stricter background checks and stricter laws on gun storage. Problem is the current laws aren't being supported. Out of 70,000 criminals turned down for trying to buy guns only 40 or so were prosecuted. Adam Lanza tried buying guns and was turned down. That orange haired freak was turned down at the 1st gun shop he went to. The Virginia tech shooter used only handguns with 10 and 15 round mags and that ended up being the deadliest school attack
Now for something completely different:

The Human Machine, who would have thought wrinklely fingers is an evolutionary change in humans. Kind of like Hoosier Wets

I heard mixed stories about what weapons were actually used, but I do not trust what the media says. I was at a gun store the other day and the guy behind the counter said he was hunting with his brother in law who is a LEO in CT and he said the AR never made it out of the trunk and the media focused on the fact that AW were used when in fact they weren't. I'm not saying I believe the guy either, I'm just saying.
I don't understand what limiting the amount of rounds a mag can hold is going to do to prevent these types of crimes. Taking weapons out of the hands of honest people isn't going to make anything better. Criminals will always be able to get **** illegally becasuse they're criminals.
Also, if you read studies and reports, they say the #1 factor in determining how a violent crime is stopped is by the number of rounds that are fired. Criminals aren't stupid, they don't do crimes alone, they do them in groups of 3,4 or more. What chance do you think you'll have against a group of 5 thugs breaking into your house (half of which probably have automatic weapons) with a revolver??? Chances are not much. The police have large round mags because the criminals do too, I want to be able to protect myself and my family just as well as a police officer is able to. Whats good for the goose, as they say...

The AR15 was not used in the shootings. All they have to do was find .223 casing to see if it was used. How can that be conflicting.

Plague was no joke, it wiped out about 70 million in the span of a couple of years. Don't discount the fact that the US has an average violent crime rate that is one the lowest throughout the industrialized world, GB is worse off than we are. Chau better be packin'.
No matter what we have now-a-days as far as technology, it would be nice to live in a time where people were honest and decent.

50's. I admire the decades where men wore suits all the time. I have no issues wearing suits everyday, as I normally do anyway. But I know a lot of men don't like them at all. Bring back the suit, and the tommy gun.
there is no way to stop suffering
stopping crime is like stopping world hunger- it will never end.
50's... Tommy Guns... you're about 20 years too far ahead. That ish happened in the roaring 20's and the 30's, sun!
