What to do?!
What to do?! SEMA 2005
I just got confermation that my company is reserving one of our outside spots at the SEMA show for my evo. what should I do? I dont want to be a copy cat and look like every other Evo.
What I do know is......
The car will have a Rally Car theme
Any sugestions, keep in mind that I do drive this car about 4 times per week. It is a true daily driver.

Rip it all apart, put on steelies, get a roof scoop, yellow lights... mean dirt tires... oh yeah and a bigass spoiler too. And some of those hood headlights. Yeah, that'd be cool... Ok seriously, there's so many different Evos out there, that it's hard to say what exactly you could do and look different for sure... I bet you could do a lift kit and some 23s and then it would look different...
Okay IMO though, you should get a really cool CF hood and definitly some sort of spoiler if you don't have one (I noticed you're in an RS, that's why I'm saying that). CF hoods seem to do a real good job of drawing attention, especially on cars of a contrasting color (like white or silver). You could also put some blinking red and blue lights in the front and rear window as a last resort to draw attention... and then tell little kids your car is a cop car used to crack down on street racing... ah yes, good times.
Hmm, weird, I've never even thought of having the problem of wanting to be different at a show cuz all the car shows I've been invited to have been stereo shows.

ya, thanks for the reply. I've been to so many shows over the years that I think I've "seen it all"
I'm not the type that likes to bolt on a bunch of s??t and call it a show car, every thing needs a purpose.
Dont forget this is not a trailer queen! it is a driver!
I already have the CF hood and Rally lights for the hood, we used them at the Rim of the World Rally vendors fair.
There is such a thing as a tarmac stage in rally where they run the bigger wheels and brakes with lowered suspension.
