Are you hitting all of those track days Ralph? If you are, Matt Poppoff and I may drop by to snap some photos of the lapping and spectate.

 

I wish . Car isn't ready, and I have no time to work on it. I need to install my brake upgrade first, but until I get to that they're just sitting in a box in my living room to tease me.

 

What would this brake upgrade be?

 

what's the test n' tune open lapping at pacific raceway on the 11th? is this like an open track day? how much would be to enter?

I'm intersted in the driving school and lapping on the 21st. Anyone have more info about this?

 

I've added links to my post above, so you can see where I found the stuff online. The "open-track" days require a competition license, so I was just thinking to go watch.

So once the new brakes are on will it be your first track day with the new suspension? I still want to hear some feedback on that when you get a chance to track it as that's probably the setup I'll be going with.

 

Nick - you're stealing my thunder man (j/k)! But yes, if I can get it done before the year is out, it will be my first hard drive on the 275's. I've put plenty of miles on the suspension though, and I like it a lot - I even managed to drift my Evo a couple of times playing on the rural roads east of Snoqualmie . I'm still learning how to drive the Evo, but the improved suspension definitly increased my confidence. Right now I'm still waiting on getting a bunch of speed bleeders for the brakes, which are on backorder - otherwise I could have put them on this weekend.

 

What suspension did you go with? Nice brakes btw.
