Road Dyno Fun

Black is RX6 turbo (27psi) and red is GT3076 (29psi). I am going to bump up the boost on the RX6 to around 32psi later this week .

RX6 is at 471whp/421tq
GT3076 is at 430whp/417tq

Little more lag, but the trade-off sounds way worth it. Does it hold traction?

Both turbo's could spin the tires in 2nd gear. In 3rd gear, the RX6 doesn't and I don't think the 3076 did either. If the surface is damp, both would spin in 3rd on pump gas. I run the Kumho MX tires so those are probably the reason.

nICE to know you got the overheating under control. (I suppose). IS the turbo still autocrossable?

The cooling issue ended up being the connection at the water temperature sensor. No way this turbo could be used, and still be able to compete, in auto-x. Anything bigger then a stock based turbo would be too big.

Mine were pretty shot after two years, I was spinning in second at the track even.

I think part of my problem is due to the -1.8 of camber in the front and -1.0 in the rear.
