Local NW Tuners
I would like to get my car tuned but I don't know where to go. I am looking for reputable tuners near Seattle. So far the only people I've heard of are Lucas English and Dominic Acia -- http://www.englishracing.net/ & http://www.getadomtune.com/index.htm respectively. Any input or suggestions on where to go would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Lucas English or John Bradley.
Lucas' personal Evo went 11.2@122 on a stock turbo, he also tuned the world record 1000+HP 2.0L Evo of Paul Nelson. Lucas knows how to tune, straight up.
JB did a race gas flash for Towelie's IX, and it went 11.99 with the only other mods being an exhaust and an MBC. JB knows how to tune, straight up.
The proof is in the pudding as they say.

happy birthday Matt
See my sig...I can vouch for John's tunes. Just make sure you have a good working boost control source and not some Vishnu bs
His tunes work and make power...I would reccomend a Wideband AF though...makes it easier on the tuner and you can get a much more spot on tune I believe.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that. For the IXs, it seems he doesn't mess with the MIVEC, but his fuel/timing maps don't seem to be too bad.
At the same dyno day you setup at PINA, carlos's car (which for the mods put down the highest numbers) ran his tune (yes Lucas tweaked it for the other runs but the base numbers were all his). The other thing that you have to think about is that a lot of people have the cable now, and they will say I am tuned by x, but still go and quietly tweak the tune themselves. Then if anything goes wrong they cry "tuner x screwed me over".
That being said, JB/Lucas would be my choice.
