Omni for alignments:

http://www.omnibrake.com/

Bit expensive but they do good work. Do the setups for a good chunk of the cars at work for street, auto x and lapping/racing.

Dealer plugs are OEM and are expensive. Search in the engine forum, but you should be able to pick up decent iridium NGKs for $30 (all 4). If you like the cooper ones it much cheaper.

Search in the engine forum. From what I understand, there is a way to "crush" it so it holds a bit more boost. But you're probably better off getting an upgraded adjustable wastegate. That is assuming you've gotten rid of the other things that are leaking boost (stock diverter valve for example) and you've got all the other mods that will actually help the turbo to hold more boost up top (TBE, O2 housing, LICP etc. etc.)
