Introduce yourself to the people in NW!!
Raptor, Yes I'm on JNC. Cool that you have seen my gory build thread, heheh.
So far no problems with the water outlet on the front of the block.
Also thanks for the info on the local shops guys. I will heed your recommendations and look in to all these places!

Guess I have not done this yet, I am Rod, from Salem, OR (The other Pacific NW State) and I am over 21. (actually just about over 49)
I work for the State as an IT Project Manager, and I use MS Office. ;-)
Picked up a 2010 Ralliart Sportback, and just had a nice drive to the coast, love the way it drives.

^IT PM for the state. Hmmm, how does that pay, and what type of background do you need?
Those are pretty cool looking, at least since I haven't seen them much. I think someone in the building I'm in has one of them. Welcome to the group!

But, they look for Project experience implementing med-large systems. With all of the budget cuts in the State, I am not sure if I will have a position next year.

So, I may be looking for a new place.
So here's a "new guy" question...
Being largely unfamiliar with the greater Seattle region I'd like to find a good shop familiar with the 4G6x motor. Preferably a shop that has solid fabrication skills and a professional work ethic... Can't stress enough the "professional" part.
As you can imagine with my car... it can be a struggle to find shops that have the experience, knowledge and willingness to work on my car. (and not screw things up... sadly spoken from experience)
I'd really be grateful for any recommendations.
Thanks everyone!

English Racing is by far the best shop in this side of the country. I recommend talking to them first. Lucas, Aaron, and all the other guys are friendly and will definitely go above and beyond to make sure your 4G63 is set up the way it should be. www.englishracing.net hit them up and see for yourself. I am willing to go down to Camas/Vancouver anytime to pick my car up. Lucas has come to pick up my car with a trailer every time they have done work on it. I just ride the train down to pick it up and he picks you up from the train station with your car lol. Honestly can't ask for more from these guys.
Hey everyone I'm Austin, and live in the Boise area. I've got a 2006 evo ix se. I just got the title from the bank recently so very excited abou that. My car is tuned by Jake Montgomery and he did all the work on the car as far as mods go aswell, all was done by previous owner. Looking to either look into more mod options or possibly sell and go to the X or something else.
Also I'm a 21 year old student at BSU and work full time, with a lovely fiancé. And I'm considering a move to Spokane to be closer to my little brothers andmy mom is begging me to transfer to wsu or gonzaga.
