... Case in point, try to drive Ben Howard in Monroe without the cops or state patrol showing up... That is an amazing road, and usually its a one shot deal and than you'll need to move on to another somewhere else without a ticket or at least someone in black and white following you out...

How about Chuckanut Drive toward Bellingham nice scenic rout about 5-8 miles nice twisties on the cliffs overlooking the water just be careful for rockslides, they are rare but they do happen, i had to dodge some falling back when i had my s2k
