*sigh* Help Please
LOL I hit a deer about 5 years ago in my Integra in Cle Elum. The ****er jumped a guardrail from about a 6 foot decline from the road, so I saw him when he was in the air, and hit him the second he touched down. Totally unavoidable @ 60 on the highway...
After pictures and insurance accident evaluation they determined it as "an act of god", paid my $8,500 and did nothing to my rates. So, if insurance says it's unavoidable, it probably was :P

^^Care to share your insurance...probably wasn't Allstate 
Another option for the OP if you live I believe over 50 miles way you can have them transfer the ticket over to a local court for you to appear in. Can be a good or bad thing...bad if your in King County
I'd defer it or try to get it amended to a non-moving violation like stated earlier.
Too bad WA doesn't offer traffic school or you could go that route.
