Here is what i have so far. Its 2mm as the keyway is about 3.18mm on the pulley. I have to measured what sticks out of the crank for my final design.
If anyone is interested the stock key is:
19.2mm LENGTH
4mm WIDTH
6.5mm HEIGHT
This version adds 50% more length for a total of 29mm
