Lightbulb Outlander Sport bulb upgrades

Hi guys! So one of the front headlight parking lights went out (the one above the HID).

I have seen some pics online of a LED bulb replacement that looks legit and clean: the color output looks like a match the HID. Anyone know the part number or has upgraded and can recommend a bulb to order?

Most of us have replaced them with LED's. You can find them at dozens of retailers online, and prices are all over the board.

You can buy eBay crap for under $5 a pair, or V-LED's for $10-$20, or SuperBrightLEDs.com for like $15-$30.

Color doesn't really make a huge impact because the HID's really wash them out, unless it's something very noticeable like the OEM amber. I tried blue and red, both were almost completely invisible with the headlamps on.

Thanks for the link. Do you or anyone else have a link to one in particular that you have been impressed with, and perhaps more importantly, fits? Which ones did you order? It would be appreciated.

The ones I use are V-LED's. I've been overall satisfied with their performance and lifespan. Keep in mind, it's more than just a "rule of thumb" that with buying LED's from a REPUTABLE company, you get what you pay for. I.e., if you buy $5 bulbs from a "name brand" (such as not some schmuck on eBay or AliExpress), you're going to get $5 bulbs. If you spend $20+, you're more likely to be satisfied with the quality and light output.

Unfortunately, I don't feel like checking to see if any of our vendors sell LED's, so I cannot link you to a particular one. You should check though, as many of the vendors offer discounts to Name: Xr8QmBY.gif
