The pearl white paint on my 2011 RVR is still stunning. Very well done - Japanese built (Anyone else old enough to remember when stuff from that part of the world was called "Jap Crap"? BTW, my Dad's old Sony transistor radio from the 60's STILL works like a charm. )

Got it back from the shop Friday. The hood looks great again, and the Mitsu factory hood protector looks Awesome with the Blue color.
Also got the rear emblem finished and started working on the front to match it.

Not ghosted in colors like I'm doing. Besides, that would just be somebody elses do-dad and their color. I want something unique and the 3D lava's look is not something I'm going to find on the net.

The snow is melting and I guess I'm having the same issue on my 2014. The squared off nose doesn't help. Mine are rusting with the salt used up here. This is really annoying as I always have my cars rust proofed (sprayed) every year, although it wouldn't have helped with this. At least it's just the hood which is a "easily" bolted on body panel if the rust ever gets bad. I'll be breaking out the dremel and touch up paint I guess.
Anyone ever found a nice hood bra for the RVR? not the plastic deflectors.
