I think thats taking something out of context, it was 400whp at xx amount of boost which was low. If you notice that its 26-26.5 there and the orginal comment was 400whp at 1.5 bar. The rest of it was based on the other mods on the car at the time.

Anyway, James car makes silly power. It might be approaching power to weight of my quad
