so from what i have been reading if i go to 35r and 1000 cc injectors on e85, I will be running the injectors right on the edge at 26 psi with only one walbro 255. Is this true?

It will be a bit different on every set up depending on how efficient it is, i would look for a bigger set of injectors

1200's work great and you can still run pump on them with a good tune. 1 pump should be good for a while but you might end up needed another one if you plan on going to far over 500.

I would also add rod bolts to the list as well.

Minimum rotor thickness is defined by the Manufacturer. It would be in your service manual, and sometimes it's stamped on the edge of the rotor. I'm pretty sure Evo's aren't stamped though. Call the dealership if you have any doubts, catastropic failure can occur if your rotors are too thin.
Thank you Jason for the good, true imformation. And not just making something up

1 modified Whine-bro pump will support about 500 whp on E85, which should be about 26psi or so. Mine was dropping off around 460 whp before I modified it. I run 1450 cc injectors.

I know.. That why i Dont want Resurface rotors.. i always throw away.. I got StopTech Slotted rotor with Hawkz Plus.. Im about get other Pads.. they are squeal lot.. but Grab power is good!

I mean Brake shop or Mistu Tech will resurface rotor by spec of factory and recommonds.. im not talk about to thin line or something bad.. I know alot Tech and On Evom Tech say Never resurface Evo rotors.. there a thread about it..

No offesive Jake.. i dont want u die lol.. want u keep safe.. I Know Stop tech have promo now.. Buy 4 rotors Stop tech, Get free 3 bottle Moutl Brake fluid Dot 4/5 , SS Line brake, and Hawkz or Project Mu brake pads.. im not sure if they still do it.
