That's not completely true. The 05 VIII's had the 10.5 hotside.

Its stamped TD05HR-16G6-9.8T

is the 9.8T the hotside size?

Ok... I know there are several post about bucking and hesitation problems but I can not narrow the problem down. I launch pretty hard usually in 1.7 60 range but when I get to 2nd it cuts and will not accel. My buddy on the same tune runs 13.1 to high 12's... Also I am blowing egr hoses off a lot? Have changed plugs ect...(22psi)

EGR block off and change the periphery and dont worry about EGR hoses popping off anymore... Also do you have NLTS enabled, if so make sure it is disabled, as my car was bucking realy bad at 7000 and it was a glitch in the NLTS patch. Post a log...

Yes, I had it enabled and was thinking the same. Since I have disabled it and haven't made a pull yet. Also could it be in the alt map load? Thanks for the help

These exist outside of the tephra mods as well. Hopefully fast_freddie can point you directly to it but failing that search around the ECU Flash forum and you should come across a few threads when they had discovered the tables.

In "failing that" he means if FF can't point you directly to it, search the ECU flash forums.

Check out this link for the xml code...
http://evoecu.logic.net/wiki/Periphery_Configuration

and set these bits as follows

Periphery 0/FAA: (OPTIONAL)
-EGR(ign advance) Bit 11 disable(set to "1") basically disables ignition advance at lower RPMs used when EGR is enabled (to burn excess recirc'd exhaust gasses)

Periphery 2/FCA:
- EGR > Bit 9 Disable ("0") disables EGR solenoid

Periphery 4/FEA: (OPTIONAL)
- FPR> Bit 7 Disable ("0") disables FPR solenoid

Loop vacuum line on the throttle body nipples, or cap them off afterwards...
