The insurance company usually "tells" you what the car is worth, however due to state law they have to give you "replacement value". Meaning that if you can find about 3 CURRENT for-sale ads of the same year/make/model vehicle they should give you THAT value, plus a reasonable sum for necessary upgrades (sorry underglow wont be included in their calculation)
The insurance company doesnt care if you had maintainance done (it is assumed that the car was in running order when it was involved in the accident).
Example: they wanted to give me $4,500 for my Integra GSR, I fould a few of the exact same make/model and even color going for about $6,200. They gave me $6,200 plus about $500 for the aftermarket rims that were broken, plus at least $1.99 for the AEM intake (it was jdm 'yo)
ruh-roh! dont know the story.... we all thought that i'd be the first NW person banned.
Cause it is. I don't know the details but I know Ryan wasn't the first I expected. I am pretty sure Jake has been suspended.
Agreed with the advice of online research and finding similar cars for sale. Unfortunately just like a family member, there is hardly a price you could put on personal compensation. Make sure you get everything out of proper upgrades like wheels, suspension, and anything else worth substantial enough.
I saw that a few nights ago but didn't feel like dredging up the past on that car. I do suppose it is worth pointing out to people that it was not in the best shape when we saw it last. I think the original owner met an untimely and early end.

hey guys look what i found on craigslist today...

original owner's family sold it to someone.. then i guess the current owner had it for a few months and now is "testing waters" to get rid of it...
does anyone know the current owner? is he on here?

Acropolis is a good starting point; the steak isn't half bad, especially for the price. I'll text you some other places I know and some places I know to stay away from!
There are a lot in the Portland area, unlike the sprinkling that we get up here.
