It's more than a few HP. The DP and cat are pretty restrictive.

Go with a TBE.

^not sure of your question? Since you will be running a 3" non-stock DP and 3" test pipe then you'll be running a TBE. Unless you're asking whether swapping out the pipe after the cat and the actual muffler would net a difference? You would certainly have to neck down to the stock, and I don't think that is what you're saying.

 

was confused myself, haha. i didn't look at the exhaust much when i was under my car and thought the cat was up front, not after the downpipe. i think i was trying to ask if the "straightness" of the turbo-back would net significant gains, but i think i was also looking at a non-ACD turbo-back when comparing the two
