Thanks! I don't have many of the engine bay that aren't cell phone, we always seem to run out of light before getting to the bay. These are the only two I have.Originally Posted by s.e.a.n.
One of my favorite cars on here I would love to see more pics of the engine bay.

It's still up in the air. The guy is all gung-hoe about the trade, but I have a feeling once I tune the car and start driving it I'm going to fall back in love with it and keep it.
Also, if I want to go fast in the Vette it's going to cost me a ton of money as I'm starting with a blank platform.
We'll see though, as I'm weighing my options at the moment.

If you want to go fast in a vette we have a great resource in Anderson. They've gone 8.40s or so in a true street vette.Originally Posted by Blue91lx

I've been reading a lot about them. The stuff they do is ridiculous. I'm also worried that if I get into a C5Z I'll immediately start craving a C6Z.Originally Posted by Wheatley

Are you happy with the way your car turned out?
I was referring to RPM transmission, they do good drive train stuff on domestics etc. If you're referring to fatfab, I'm happy with the fab work Jeremy has done on my car over the years. I'm a do it yourself person so I do almost everything myself other than machine work and tig welding.

I'm in the same boat. The first shop that I had work on my Notchback back in the day screwed everything up, and from that day forward I figured I could do a better job myself. I've been wanting to TIG for a while now, I just haven't had the coin to pick one up and learn.
Same situation here, too many other hobbies taking my money. To be honest I've been debating selling the evo and building a notch ls 76mm to run in a class and try and make some money with my hobby. At the moment I just have to many other things going on to start a new build so I decided to keep it for a few more years and try and enjoy racing it at the few events it's allowed to run at. It'll finally be getting caged and a little more weight removed to try and compensate the cage. Nothing crazy but after almost putting it in the wall from getting water under the slicks its either cage it to race it or let it sit.

Nice keep it and enjoy it man. I need to do a few lil things to reach my 450hp on 93 goal :/
Thats a great goal! I loved my car at that power level. Fun to drive and could drive it anywhere without the potential of breaking **** all the time. I think I went low 11s@125 on street tires and not knowing how to drive with that power. Good times!
