Got my ECA hooked up yesterday! Still E70 in MN.. ARGH!!!

 

How was that thing to hook up? I am gonna get one of those myself for my car someday

 

The ethanol sensor (GM) taps into the return fuel line.. the ECA itself then has a plug and play harness to the display.

 

I really like this as well. I am a fan of having the added peace of mind. Can you post a link to where you purchased this from? Thanks.

 

dope setup, i am deciding on ethir this turbo or the fp black to go with my bushur 2.3. looks like the ef4 will be my choice, and since im from ND map is "fairly" close by

 

Go EF4 man.. you won't regret it!

 

Numbers were a bit down recently from when I last dyno'd at MAP back in March. Which is to be expected given:

- E77
- Dyno bay was 95 degrees
- Only 32lbs
- Larger\Heavier wheels

On a positive note, the car is running perfectly on this setup.. excellent curve and AFRs couldn't be more consistent. Enjoying it!

 

Bump for an old thread buy how's the motor holding up? I'm planning to get the stage 1 2.3l from map as well

 

The car was sold apparently and he hasn't been active on the forum for a month.

 

Darn..i was hoping to get some feedback haha..really interested to know how it held up and how many miles he put in since the build

 

yep, he sold it for a lexus...he'll be back after he gets bored with luxury

 

I would take/Keep the Evo over the Lexus any day

 

Really bringing this back from the dead, but while I was searching for Evo's during my deployment this past summer I saw this build thread as I surfed the forum and somehow I found this Evo for sale in Rhode Island and bought it. At the time the dots didn't connect and I didn't realize that it was this Evo, but as I found this thread again I had an "Oh ****!" moment lol It's still running great, and am loving it! Great job with the build
