it WAS, i installed a megan 3" TBE, CX radiator and some other goodies, then suddenly i started having drive train issues like the clutch would stop engaging all the way so i checked the trans and found 4 bolts sheered off and 1 backed out. so my boy took it to work and drilled and replaced the bolts. and now even those are backing out, we are gonna try locktight but... he seems to think that the block might be the problem. that and the rust is unbelievable, i was running wires for my amp and had my hand on the rear passenger floor and felt it "release" pulled the carpet up and there was a hand print depression in the rust. and you can see daylight where your not supposed to in several places. so i am debating buying a 2g shell and swapping everything or just parting the car out or. since the motor/trans/Tcase are all in good shape and i happen to have a colt GT in the yard.... 2000lb hatch, turbo AWD?

the HEAD is on the Evo and she will run tomarrow .... so excited

UPDATE: 13JULY13 : RUNNING AND DRIVING!!!! Dumped a few gallons of FRESH 93 from sunoco in her and she fired right up with the wonderful lumpy idle i missed so much. took her around the block and every thing is as it should be. this week i'll be taking her to UCS to install the JDM rear! so nice to have her BACK.... now the DSM will be getting torn apart to provide a build for the 89 Colt GT, i sware it never ends also i have decided to start my own company or at least picked a name 9611 performance, and the Colt will be our dedicated racecar. AWD 4G63T powered with a curb wieght sub 2000lbs pics of every thing comming soon. KCCO

UPDATE: due to family issues, i accepted USCG Orders to Detroit, i left the Evo at home for the time being and bought a 01 silverado.
BADNEWS:
Right before i was scheduled to leave the Evos main crankshaft bolt backed out just enough for the car to jump time. Nothing touched but we are trying to figure out why it backed out. More to follow.
GOODNEWS:
i happened to be trolling crieglist and came accross a 2005 CBR1000RR for a UNREAL price so i bought it.

Either shop is very knowledgeable on what you wanna do with the evo. You will be in a good hands no matter which shop you choose.
