Ps dan... I bowled an 89 this weekend ... Beat that!!!
great job. normally i have that by the 3rd or 4th frame though. but keep it up. need some tips come to NJ. haha.

i cant find a STM fuel rail anywhere. so ill wait until they produce more. until then i ordered a black Magnus rail. it has a huge 7/8 ID. and excepts -8 and -10 AN fittings.

i may upgrade to a -10/-8 fuel line setup. currently i am on a -8/-6 which has worked fine. is upgrading this something i need? of course not. but when i am waiting on parts this is the dumb **** i do.

valve cover gets sent out Friday for powder coating. once i get that back and the fuel rail on that pretty much completes this project other then a few small details like fluids, alignment, and making sure everything is working correctly for when i start the car.

i am having STM try and find that SARD jet pump killer for me. i want to buy it and look at it. i may use it i may not. we will see how it all go's.

after being in the air for a year it has finally landed.

it is 98% complete. i just need to button up a few things and then it gets corner scaled and aligned. as for tuning it may wait until next year. there is a few reasons for this. i cant believe i am going to say this but i may make a new 2014 build thread. HAHAH. i may pull the engine back out and either freshen it up or completely change it. also i plan to do a new TRE built trans, chromo K frame, fuel cell, and a bunch of other idea's rolling around in my head.

anyways i want to get it on the scales to see what it weighs. i did not put the driveshaft on nor did i get the spindles completed. we have a new guy working on them because the other guy is taking to long. so i hope to see 2680/2700. as for a new winter project IF i get the spindles and follow threw with a few other idea's i have the 2014 weight goal will be 2575 ish. but this is a ways away.

Looks great! Glad to see it on the ground again.

I will be selling my TRE stage 3 trans this winter. It has less than 300 miles on it. Started off as a brand new EVO 9 trans, had John do the EVO 8 - 3rd and 4th gear sets as well as the HKS 4.11 final drive. I am going to have it looked over before I sell it to make sure it is in mint condition. If interested let me know! I will also be selling my 24.5" M&H slicks / Rota combo.

Thanks Chris. but i am undecided if i want a stock final drive or 4.11. i really do not understand the gearing stuff and what it is that i need. plus i kinda want something 100% brand new and right from the builder. what are you asking for that trans?

I'm pretty sure you have everything to build the trans yourself dan... Its a lot easier then youd expect... Much easier then an engine... I enjoyed it cause i got to learn, and i assembled the best parts and installed them myself for less then a stg 2 usually cost... I have tre's bearing and oil upgrade, jacks output shaft, jacks input shaft bearings, sheps final drive, rem isf and shot peened almost everything, full jacks rebuild... And some crazy *** custom preloads that seem to be working really well...

I have faith in you dan

Chris I do not mind if you talk with others in here. It is not negative or bad and we are all here for good reasons.

As for building my own trans no thanks. I do not trust my self to do that correctly. Maybe if I was to pull one apart I would be more inclined to do it but with what TRE does I rather have him do it.

some small updates.

i got the Magnus fuel rail today. i must say i am impressed with this simple mod. not only is the ID huge but the finish fits my setup amazingly. the down side it it does not come with AN fittings. so i had to call STM and they got me all setup with the proper fittings and should be here soon. so for now here is a pic.

i decided to add another bulk head to the fuel pump hanger. this is the same as the other bulk heads and will use a -6 AN fitting. i thought i had another fitting but i do not so that is why one is missing. ill get that tomorrow and maybe Thursday put it all back together and finally install it. but here is the proses so far. over kill? maybe but its custom made and i enjoy doing different things. will it work? i have no idea but if we do not try things we never know.

lastly i got the other MP-Fab catch can mounted. the valve cover should be done from powder coating on Friday so i hope to have that on and start making the AN lines. other then that me new ignition should be here very soon.
