Sooner or later we will get the car tuned. This thing just doesn't want to give in easy. LOL.

When do you think you can have him tuned and done? Sounds like everything is back together and working correctly now. I want to go for a ride in this thing already!
I tune a lot of stuff for sure. I had to start doing full builds now and more mechanical, because I noticed my body started to not like me just sitting on a chair 24/7. Now that im working doing full builds, i feel much better.

Have to mix it up. I'm just thankful i can do all these things and have multiple skill sets to allow me to.

I'll have him tuned and completed as soon as the car stops breaking every part on it.

We got the basics of his tune done, now we just have to do the remainder power tuning.

I'm glad he chose me to tune it, because I feel i really helped motivate him to not give up on the car & am pointing him in the right direction to get it all sorted out.

You must have serious crankcase ventilation problem if the dipstick is coming out and turbo leaks oil on the intake side..

So was it a bad turbo that caused oil inside the pipes, TB?

Great build, sorry to hear about all the bugs. It's been probably 2 years or so since I've dealt with Tom from Tscompusa, but every time I have dealt with him has been a total pleasure.

Failed turbo was pushing air into the crankcase somehow and also pushing oil into the intake. I had to pull the intercooler, all piping, tbody and intake manifold and clean them.

Dip stick isn't popping out anymore.

Boost leak tested to 45 psi and only thing leaking was the boost leak tester

Almost finished with 93 tuning.

460ish hp right now at 30 psi according to VD. But no official numbers since we aren't done with 93. I'm ready to move on to E85

Heres a update for you guys wanting to know more about Nick's progress. Last night we did final touches, but i know theres more in the car yet.

I know a EF4 can run more then 32psi out of the top end, so I sent Nick on a chase again to find some bugs. I suspect something funky with the wastegate actuator.

90% WGDC and we only got 32psi uptop. I also asked him to leak test the car again also just for reassurance.

Heres what we got now which is basically done, but if i can get the boost up, the car should make more power then this. quite a bit more.

So he is making 525HP 449tq on a built block with a MAP EF4 @34lbs of boost? That seems awfully low. Does this not have any timing in it?
