My hole Idea about this project is to make a whole new 2.3 Stroker Engine for DD use and just to swap it with Stock engine later on.
Started to collect parts since 2012 and I'm almost finished. Well, I'll probably will never be finished in that sense but still...

HEAD & TURBO System
- 4G63 Head work, port & polish
- Intake Manifold, port & polish, red powder coating
- Intake Manifold Gasket OEM Mitsubishi
- JM Fabrications Tubular Exhaust Manifold, 49mm runner, twin-scroll, 304 stainless steel tubing and 304 stainless steel CNC machined flange
- Exhaust Manifold Gasket OEM Mitsubishi
- Kelford cams 272, 11 mm valve lift
- OEM Mitsubishi Cam seals
- Ferrea +1 mm Inconel Inlet valve
- Ferrea +1 mm Inconel exhaust valve
- Ferrea Valve guides
- Ferrea Valve locks
- Ferrea Valve stem seals
- Kiggly Racing high pressure Behive springs
- Kiggly Racing Titanium retainers
- BDL Adjustable cam gear
- ARP Cam gear Sprocket bolts
- ARP Cam tower bolts
- Intake & Exhaust studs & locks
- Forced Performance „Black“ Turbocharger, Dual Ceramic Ball Bearing, 84mm intake, 82mm Billet Compressor wheel, flow rate 68lb/min, 67mm Turbine wheel, twin-scroll, ported MHI exhaust body casing, 1,7 bar WGA,upgraded Oil-lines
- Ross Sport Turbo Elbow
- Turbo Elbow Gasket OEM Mitsubishi

- A1 Technology Head Studs, H11, Tensile strength 260.000 psi, 1000+whp rated
- Norris Designs Head Gasket 1,4mm
- Forged Stroker Pistons JE, Asymetric, 85,5mm, Part nr. 297048,
CR: 8,5:1 , 272g weight, -22 dome volume, 22mm pin
- Manley Forged Con-rods „I-Beam“ Turbo-Tuff, 150mm, 675g weight, 1000hp rated
- ARP 2000 rod fasteners
- Clevite race bearings and main bearings
- Oil Squirters, Engine block breather/ventilation, 10AN, modified AC Bracket
- Manley Forged 100mm Stroke Billet 4340 Crank, 15,1kg weight, 7-Bolt, Serial nr. 5854, „Knife edge“ counter balance, Part nr. 190120BPL
- ARP main studs
- New OEM Oil pump, seals, oil gallery ported on block
- New OEM Water pump, seals
- Ballance shaft eliminator kit
- New OEM Sump pickup and seals

The Block was made/assembled by norrisdesigns.com.
Fantastic work. I also wanted Simon to make me a -10an fitting on the block to prevent crankcase pressure

Here is oil catch can setup on stock engine , but it will be improved on the new forged 2.3 stroker engine.

2 days ago by coincident I noticed with my finger a small notch on the auxiliary belt. No time was to waste, bought a new 6PK1795 belt and let my mechanic replace it today.
It was really on time to be replaced
Cant imagine what would happen if it snapped...
