So, finally received my Magnus V5 intake manifold and got just back from vacation and couldn't wait to give it a good clean no mater what... well... yes..
How ever, Tuning this 4G63 is now becoming more serious now.
Ordered also from Ross throttle body S90 (74mm) and adapter plate for the V5.
I was hanging between AMS F1 and Magnus V5 but after consultation with my mechanic and forum searches, came to conclusion to get Magnus V5.
The Magnus has an total CFM 1475 with the 5L Plenum (352, 377, 377, 369) but could not find the CFM of the AMS even tho I emailed them about that but did not get any reply.
However, very pleased with it but would be also great if Magnus could stamp an serial number on each manufactured manifold (or I did not see it).
enjoy the RAMPAGE PIC!!

Beautiful build, though my Mrs happened to look over the shoulder as I scrolled past the pic of your wife and wanted to know what I was up to :P
Noticed you have the manifold/turbo temp fitted to head, guessing without gasket.
Might be an idea not to have it live like that for an extended period, lot of weight resting pretty much on two studs, against a nicely polished flat soft alloy surface.

I have put several layers of oiled paper in between so it's not metal on metal
But I dont think it will bent over time. might add another washer

So, another big step in the project put in. Just received the ETS IC with piping for Christmas. Looks fabulous!
Relay cant wait to put everything together and start that sucker after almost of 4 years of planing and working on it.
I hope this March my Super Mechanic will start putting it all together.
