It's my from my college, OEM wheel, he obviously has flattened it a bit IIRC and did refurbished it with new leather & stiching. He did it here locally.

Ok, so, the last 24 hours or so have been really exciting for me.
Finally managed to prep the car to the stage for putting on the dyno for mapping, further bedding in and testing it to the max for current setup.

After 4 years in the making, after endless researches, endless consultations with colleagues & friends and my two independent mechanic and of course years of wife's support...
here are some first frugally results;

Propelled on 100oct pump gas we managed to max-out the Aeromotive Stealth 340 fuel pump (with hardwired kit) with cca. 68PSI at boost and the injectors at 76%.
The FP Black pulled at 3000 rpm 1 Bar (14,5PSI) and at 3500 rpm 1,5 bar (21,7PSI) and held on til 7500 1,6 bar ( 23,2 PSI).
It showed 506 HP (451 WHP) and 533 Nm of torque (393 ft/lb)

I'm happy how the car behaves, it's a real difference from before.
As next possibility I see walbro 450 fuel pump and further optimization of the setup.

Nice.

I can't believe you put all that heat shielding on but didn't coat the exhaust manifold lol

I don't feel like spending 400€ on proper ceramic coating.

This is an amazing build! Great thread to read and be inspired by. My two year build doesn't seem so bad now. lol. Anything you regret or would do differently?

Thank you for the support and kind words of encouragement.
Glad to see someone to be inspired!

So far I have no regrets.
Would do all the same things again but in next life

Maybe some minor things would do different... but nothing special.
always the question of budget

I was very curious hot it would do the compression test so today I checked that to.
Also was happy to see that the FP turbo was NOT leaking any oil.
Because some users had issues with that and the most cause was excessive crankcase pressure witch had to be addressed/solved.

Here are the results after mapping, 5 oil changes and covered 1100km;
All 4 cylinders have same compression at 10 Bar (150PSI).
Also some pic of the plugs which are almost the same looking.

Once again thanks to Norris designs for constructing this awesome engine for me, my 2 local mechanics who put all this together and thanks to my wizard mapper

hehehe thanks a lot man

It is very important in my opinion to document every single step and carefully choose parts for the build. Also keeping in mind for what purpose it is being build.

Stay tuned, updates are on the way (again )
