Here is one god darn nice custom fabricated Oil catch can from Milletech.
It has 2x14mm (VC) and 1x19mm (engine block) inlet in to the OCC and one 50mm filter vent.
Of course the OCC is baffled inside.
Those are machine precision welds and it has been glass-blasted at the end.
And it has a Dip-stick also fabricated!

Hope you like, coz, I focking love it!!

Gorgeous part, but you should not need it or have any blow-by.
I had catch-cans on both of my Evos and found zero oil in them..after long time. There was only a bit of "misty film" in the lines.

I am removing catch can from daily Evo as its unnecessary.

Hvala Ivica.
If you don't have OCC than you are routing in to the intake and that's something I don't want.

I rather have it vented to the atmosphere and/or plumb it to the exhaust DP over a check-valve and Vibrant Scavenger kit which I have purchased.

Yes, blow-by is always there in some amount. Don't forget, I have a brand new engine.

Ok, enough stresses for 2016. Time to go to bed now. Year has been full of surprises and challenges which have been well overcome.

Stroker Project is complete with 100% success.
Some minor parts are on the way tho to be installed later on.

I put him to a hibernation sleep
Weather is getting worse, humidity is rising, temperature is dropping and snowflakes are being announced, therefore, time to hit the bed.
Enough party for this year
Bed time my friend

While my EvilEvo is sleeping, I did some work with my colleague from Milletech concerning the Crank Case evacuation.

Here some pictures from work.

OK, today I finaly managed to have some time to make the Crank Case Pressure Test.
At the highway in 4th gear at WOT it showed 0,0 bar or 0,0 PSI.
Meybe a little less.

This is WITHOUT the E-VAC Scavenger kit installed and with no PCV installed either.

So there is virtually no crankcase pressure at all!

Thanks once again to Norris Designs for constructing this master peace of an engine

Sorry for bad footage, it aint easy holding the gauge, cam, wheel and switching gears

the -10 fitting you did on the balance shaft part on the block are you venting to the catch can and then using the e-vac to suck out the crank case pressure? are you not afraid of filling up the catch can with oil?

Now the -10an line is going directly in the vented CC. It has not been filled with any oil nor gunk.

In a week or so I will try the option to run the crankcase -10an line directly to the exhaust (E-vac) first through a PCV right at the exhaust fitted.
I will do it only if I see vacuum being pulled at the gauge. Otherwise it would be useless.
Time to play around with that
