Ok, some nice parts have arrived

Legendary CUSCO Power Brace, which is being painted in black, Walbro 450LPH (supplied by Ross Sport) and Ultra Racing Fender Brace.
Decided to go with Walbro because Aeromotive Stealth 340LPH is maxed out.

I managed to powder coat the Cusco Brace in rough black.
Looks spot on.

Today I got the wheels done.
They were sandblasted to the ground to removed old paint.
Filed it with ground paint and the final Mat graphite paint (powder coating).

Depending on the angle and sunlight/shade you are looking at it, it changes color.
From graphite, black, purple, grey to blue(ish)...
Fitted also new tires.
Here some pic;

So, today Friend of mine and me did the UR Fender brace job.
Everything went smooth and plug'n play.
We did drill 2 holes at the fender for mounting. I put stronger screws then supplied and put few drops of loctite.
Also put longer and stronger screws at the door hinge also with loctite.
Now the brace sits so strong and tough that I have the feeling you could hand the whole car on it.

Here some pic;

But unfortunately the Cusco had no chance to fit. The ETS Ic was just to wide (core is 60cm)
Later I have found out that ETS makes smaller IC that can fit under Cusco's Power Brace but is 50cm wide.
So, the only thing remained is to modify it.
But the lower bar gives a good strength now.

I hope this info helps some one

Today I did some service. Changed oil & filter. Used this time Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 10W50.
Cleaned also the turbo oil feed line filter. Found 0 debris in it.
Installed and connected the E-vac scavenger to the DP after the WB sensor.
And there is quite a bit of vacuum. In standstill and cruise mode 6cm/Hg and at WOT/boost there is even 9cm/Hg.

Here a few pic;

Please guys, don't bombard me with your comments

However, I purchased a small LED USB endoscope camera for bore inspections which comes real in handy. I managed to inspect inside the intake manifold, valves seem fine. Removed Spark plugs, Pistons seem also just fine. No hole in them
Engine has just covered 1.914km.

Pix display fine for me. Shame you had to cut the cusco power brace to fit the intercooler in there.

This saturday I have received from Rosssport.com a shiny new performance carporn part.

Carbon fiber prop-shaft.
It weights just 8kg. Cant wait to fit it. The OEM weights like 18kg so you can imagine the less rotational mass and not to mention the flexibility.
