Have had multiple PMs in regards to the engine. I just received some ARP main studs from MAP and am taking the block to one of my machinists to have them installed and have the mains checked to see if the block will need an align hone w/ them installed.

I have been swamped w/ a major move and haven't had a chance to get back to people the way I would like to. I will update this thread once I received the block back from the machine shop w/ the ARP mains installed.

 

have them bore it to 90mm while they're at it.

 

Need pistons in hand for boring to make sure clearances are dead on! Can't just arbitrarily bore a cylinder!

 

i'll send you some 90mm pistons, how about that?

i called darton, those sleeves are good for 90mm bore.

Crazy question, would you be willing to just sell me the Block w/Bedplate (sleeved), Stock Crank, ACL Bearings? If so PM me the price, as I need these for my build. Unless the Bottom end is already built, then PM the best price you could do for it fully assembled.

Yeah not willing to part out the setup. Then I'm left w/ parts I have to try and sell individually.

All PMs replied. At this point the block has had ARP mains installed and has been lined honed. One bad *** setup here for someone! Pricing in first post has been adjusted.

I thought this engine was fully machined to except the piston he has in the for sale add. I believe you can have him assemble the engine correct.
