How to adjust TPS?

How to adjust TPS value as near to 100%? Can it be adjusted via laptop during ecuflash or evoscan?
Or ive to manually turn the tps sensor near the T/B and can a multi meter tell if the value is 100% when full pedal without starting the engine as just the ignition On?

What is the voltage figure on a 97~100% Tps?

Thanks

Key on, engine off.
Evoscan or Code Reader/Scanner that is data capable
Loosen both TPS bolts (6mm or 7mm)
Open throttle plate all the way by hand
Turn TPS until you are as close to 100% as possible
Tighten bolts

Good luck!

I originally thought that, but I have since seen a couple vehicles that 13.33 equates to somewhere in the 96-97% range. But if 13.33 works, that's the way to go!

If they are 96-97% there is something else wrong or a non factory throttle body. Factory is 13.33%.

My current reading is :
Car off ignition Off : 9.0196
Car off ignition On but full pedal : 92.157

Will a slight inaccurate tps figure affect the tuning performance or car response performance?

Thanks

Hi, will a low reading TPS % affect the car overall response?
