Oh man, Dustin. That's the pits. I'm really sorry to hear that. If you're on AIM, shoot me an IM. I may have a proposition for you.

Dustin,

Give me his name, number, and address and i'll have him dealt with accordingly , hehe jk. In all seriousness, i'm really disappointed to hear about your loss and the damage to your business. If i could help in any way, let me know. Hate to see a great guy like you get dicked over like this. >

BTW, the B&B turboback is doing amazing! Thanks again for the deal!

DRC - Sorry to hear. If there is anything we can help with as usual you can count on us. We have always tried to make you succeed.

As far as us being the middleman - We do wholesale distributing for ALOT of companies and have strong relationships with many manufacturers and their representatives. If there is any issue concerning one of our resellers or our sales, please contact us so we can solve the problem immediately.

sorry to hear about that. Why dont you start posting up some products for sale. I bet most people will understand ur situation and some might help by buying more from you. That way, it'll help u get back on ur feet ASAP.

Just an update to all interested parties.
Ok i never heard from Dustin and made sure that i was logged on to aim and yahoo im. But i did receive a full refund from my CC company they were more than willing to work this out for me. I never heard from Paypal either so i guess Dustin agreed with the refund through paypal. one month later and i still have my money with nobody asking for it back. Thanks to the members on this board for the advice, and i am thankful that i was not forced to take legal action.

thanks
vincent

ricardon, did you use paypal or a credit card for the transaction? That may be the best bet to get your money back at this point.

Thanks for the advice Mark, yeah I payed by CC on Paypal, but I ordered several items and didn't get the last item, so I don't think I can cancel the whole charge. I don't want to do that anyway, I just wanted a response after waiting six months. For the record, Dustin was great to deal with, but literally dropped off the face of the planet when things didnt go well.
