Wrong - he did not give me back my PM's - I asked for an opportunity to - IN PRIVATE - have access to my PM's to retrive them.

I believe I have a privacy right to the messages and so do the senders

Also - I asked for an opportunity to continue future PM's and proposed that I would no longer post in the future on the board just use the PM's

Both these proposals were NOT accpeted

Guys, I have contacted Al privately after work (got home at 9:30pm). I am willing to get him his PMs. I'm not triying to shut his business down. He conducted his own actions and I warned him for numerous months.
At this time a limited account for selling is not an option, as the issue at this time is the relationship between EvoM and DynoFlash. In addition, money has not and will not play a factor in a return for Al/DynoFlash .

I find this whole thing to be quite unfortunate. It's a headache for everyone involved, but in the end, this was a decision that I felt I had to make, however tough it may seem .

Those who know me, know that I am not an irrational person and I think my posts & actions support that. I'm sure there will be a number of members that are split on the decision I've made. My goal isn't to have everyone choose sides on this matter. I just wanted to give the members an explanation on what happened so that things aren't hidden from everyone.
Our of respect for our rules and the situation that has occured over the past few days, I'm asking that members please keep future replies civil. There's a number of posts that need to be edited or removed at this time as they are uncalled for (Gonna clean things later as I'm really really tired). Arguing won't alter any views or solve any of the situations at this time, so let's be civil to one another.
