Hi guys,

this is just a poll to see what the members feel about the situation. please do not post or bash because i will have the mods delete it. we already have a thread to discuss the issue.

this isnt a democracy...this is a wise business decision on behalf of evom.net...I just wish they had the same outlook towards their other vendors (evo importers)

No, he should not be allowed back, but to combat potential flamers, I think that ANY offender, be it regular user or vendor, should have to be treated in exactly this manner from now on.

Any banned user should remain banned. Letting one back in over another creates the illusion of favoritism.

Maybe we should have a poll to see whom else should be banned for badgering, mudslinging and the like. A few names and a vendor come to mind.

*hint...read all the posts where Al mudslings and look who the majority of the responses are from

I absolutely think Dynoflash should be reinstated. He has some shortcomings( dont we all ) but the good he has done far outways the bad.

And from what I understand, he's still welcome to tell everyone about the dynoflash and what it can do, as well as update everyone on his progress. He simply can't sell the upgrade in a thread.

If he posts an update and says, "I've got this new flash ready, if anyone would like information, email or pm me" then there is no problem.

The only time there would be an issue is if he said "new flash $xxx.xx!, call now!"

I am one of Al's customer. I voted for "he should be allowed back but on probation." I DID NOT vote for "yes, he should be bought back." This is because many of you will argue that he had too much **** talk and bashing. Well, I agree partially but if no one every started a negative comment on Al, Al wouldn't have said so much. And for Shiv's customer, you are pretty loyal to Shiv. Buy Al a first class ticket with hotel room, if I didn't know u r Shiv's customer, I'd thought u r Shiv's boss. And I don't believe it's only that Al should be on probation. Any other vendor that has provided negative statements as well should be on probation. You other vendors should have just ignored the situation and waited on Josh for his part of the story.
