Why's there a 3 letter minimum for search
If im trying to search something like OZ or v3 or something like that it doesnt let me so i have to search a different way which is not as effective. whats the deal with having that?
Thanks

the search doesn't look for words in the title it looks for words in the thread. so you can be more wordy with your searches to be more accurate. also, if you did a search for oz, or hp, or something that small, you'd have almost every thread ever posted as a result.
Just as enigma said: most 2 letter words or acronyms can fit into hundreds, if not thousands, of other words. It's a waste of a search and a waste of server CPU.
Try searching for "Gauge Cluster Rally". You will likely find what you're looking for. If not, you can use the advanced search - search for "Gauge Cluster" in the US Lancer forums.

also, if you know what forum it's in you can do a search within a specific forum. go to enter forums, pick your forum, scroll to the bottom of the screen and there should be an option for search within this forum. try that.

If we allow 2 word searches it would really strain on the server and the index for searches would skyrocket. I can see how it sucks not to be able to search for OZ though. I'll have to look into updating that in the future.
