I think the minimum 15 posts rule for posting FS items should be modified.
I didnt even know it changed from that 50... man it SUCKED getting to the 50 point.. but it was worth it...
to the OP... im sure this has been beat to death... but I am on SEVERAL forums.. and i post on them not always ALOT... but normally where i feel i can add my two cents... and with all seriousness i am GLAD that we had it at 50... because you couldnt have scammers that were trying to well pull one over on you and then when they get banned they just make another account and be here.. with a now 15 post minimum it takes time and effort..

here is a first. i agree with a mod. 
100% should be 50 posts. i can make 15 posts in 10 minutes. make a for sale thread and rip people off and be gone all in a day. IMO it is easier to catch someone trying to bump up there post count to 50 posts then it is to catch them at 15.

What people fail to realize is that we delete posts created by people attempting to ***** their way into the marketplace. This does a few things; first it helps to reduce people looking to scam EvoM members (just like that stupid sign rule I nail everyone on) and second it's to help ensure that the people posting are actually contributing to the community on some level. Sure it's no guarantee, but the mod staff does their best to help foster these positive, useful posts. Bull**** posts aren't contributing anything and in essence, they only show that someone wants to either use the marketplace to profit off of the community by slanging their wares or just to buy that random part they need.
The marketplace is a perk, a bonus offered to EvoM members that have helped contribute to the community on some level and should be considered as such. Being able to use it is a privilege and not a right, which means it can be taken away at any time if abused.
