If I get this straight, you wanna post to "earn fake money" to get certain privileges? How fair is that? That'll lead to massive amounts of posts all for "earning fake money" to get certain privileges. Talk about a lot of work. It'll never fall through, that I can tell you much.

 

It'll most likely be a premium option in the future. Packaged with custom sig pics, custom text, all those goodies you members have been dying for. We'll have a clearer perception of the options we can offer once we get the new servers up and have everything up to date.

 

How exactly would you determine what counts toward the "fake money"? Same rules as what applies to the post counts now? If you thought post-whoring was bad now, imagine if it meant you could make your name and member status look pretty.

 

Well if I remember right, Mark wants to offer premium membership status for those who pay a small fee to help the server out. That includes custom text under name, small picture in signature, evom.net e-mail addy, and some evom.net webspace. I think that's the best way to go at it.

No, please god no. We don't need to be like Tunernetwork! And even as a premium option, I don't like it. It looks cheap and if a message board could be ricey, that would be it.
