i am going to be needing a new clutch very shortly, and was wondering if anyone had a 6 puck clutch in their car? i know they are extremely sensitive, sort of on/off if you will, but i was curious as to how drivable that actually is. so if anyone in the area has one in their evo, could i get a ride sometime? possibly the next ntec meeting?

 

Well i have a 6 puck but iam in Austin. I can tell u its a B$%#@&*!@& to use for daily driving. I have an act 6 puck to be exact and i am about to change to a street disc. If u got any questions msg me i be happy to tell u all about it. The break in period with the 6puck on the road was just plain and simply madness it made me want to not drive!

 

i think that answers my question! thanks! BTW, my car is used daily so i want to keep comfort within reason, as well as having the car driveable by someone other then myself.

 

Btw i see u around the board alot and see u r a member of ntec. i only know jason (very little from evom) but glad to help u out. One day i hope to drive out to one of the Ntec meets!!!
