His email should be on the website. Shoot him an email and ask for his # there. I'm not trying to come off as a *****, I just don't like handing out other people's phone numbers without their permission.

I believe he is a lot like me... at least 75 emails/PMs a day. It is more efficient to use email/PM as you can talk to 8-10 people that way where a phone call is one person at a time, and may take hours (I'm long winded).

They liked their tune but they were a little skeptical about how fast he did it even though they paid the for a 2 hr time slot. I think he does the 2 hr slot because depending on the setup some take longer and other less.

Anyhow, back on topic Jestr is a great tuner and his customer service is topnotch! I never read a bad review about him.
he custom tuned me as well in 20 minutes. and a god awful tune it was.

After Christmas bump,

this thing is a done deal, all arrangements have been made and verified. We have 6 confirmed participants, and room for a couple more.

Are we still on our own in terms of setting up dyno time? I assume we're not going to need it the entire day if it ends up just being the 6 of us.

it would be cheaper for the 6 of us to rent it out on a per hour basis vs. the whole day if we don't get more people. But I'll work with EngineLogics to see how we would do this IF we don't get anymore interested people, and when it gets closer to the date. I'll firm it up on Jan. 6, 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled dyno day. I don't want to lose the deposit due to late notification!

late addition: if we go a different route on what we've already discussed on dyno time, the deposits for the dyno paid to me will be reimbursed (I'll eat the paypal fee, so you'll get 100% back).

i can't seem to find out where on john's site it says the exact amount for a full custom tune. all i see is 200 bucks for a retune but i'm guessing that is for existing customers. he has to be charging more than that right?

Sweet, thanks for the clarification. Hope you don't end up having to eat anything though.

If you refund someone within 60 days (I think), you lose no fees...
