Yes you were lucky. That and the fact that evo's are very well made. Many evo owners walk away from accidents that would require medical attention in an ambulance or worse yet a hospital when in other compact cars. God I love my car!!!!!!!!

sad, sad day for me. minding my bussines at a stop sign in "hialeah" ups truck going to fast and school bus slaming brakes to make a trun='s cliping an evolutions front bumper. hiting just right that it riped of the front reinforcement
at least it dident actually hit the car, the cop said that i would have ended up in the hospital if the ups truck had hit further down. Anyways im ok and ups has already contacted me.......evo ix here i come lol....enjoy
