I can usually get the EMS for ~$1500. I haven't checked the prices recently, but I bought one for the Evo 2 years ago for something like $1380.
Actually i hate to be about blaming common probs with cars...unfortunately the 4G63 is known for having oil filters coming loose, this is a common and well known problem with the 4G63 and i have never had anything like that happen in all the oil changes i've done...

Wasn't bad. In the morning it was like barely 60F outside so when i went to punch it on the way to the dyno my boost shot up to 25psi.
So when i got there i turned it down a bunch and drove up and down to make sure it was at least safe. First pull was 288whp, up'd the boost for second pull 291whp, up'd the boost 3rd pul 298whp. I clicked it once more so i should be right around 300 +/- and i now have 335wtq. It's great because i have over 300lbs-ft of torque from 3000rpm all the way till 5200rpm.
