What the hell is a "Nappy headed ho."? I would really like to know... I get the "ho" part, but nappy headed? Could some one shed light on this for me as I am an old fogey that has no idea what "nappy headed' means. Does it mean the head is bobbing or something? Scab covered? Diseased? Bald? What?
